Mon. Sept. 6, 2010~Tomato Days

On Labor Day we went to Tomato Days in West Haven where Clint's family lives. 5 of us ran the 5k that morning.

Here is Clint coming through the finish line with his time of 20.54. He was 2nd in his age group.

Kristen and me coming through the finish line. Our time was 29.04. I was shocked that I made it in under 30 minutes. I didn't think I would. Thanks for pushing me Kristen :) Eating donuts after the race. Showing our numbers. Me, Clint, Kent (Clint's dad), Kristen (Clint's sister), and Clint (Kristen's husband)...Oh how I despise after-running pictures!!!

We went home and got cleaned up and then went back to the fairgrounds for the rodeo.
We put Nobi in the dog race.
Getting ready.
Morgan watching the horses (yes, that is her buttcrack hanging out).
Morgan and her cousin Carson riding the train.

Jackson being goofy.
That night, back at my inlaws, Morgan got to ride Chrome the horse.
Her Rodeo Queen wave.
Jackson sat up there with her for a minute.

Here's a video of Nobi in the dog race. He did so good. I thought he would just chase the other dogs, but he ran straight to Clint like he was supposed to and came in 2nd.

Sun. Sept. 5, 2010~Welcome Home BBQ For Us!!!

On Sunday the 5th Clint's parents threw a barbeque for family and friends up in West Haven. We had a great turn out and had so much fun seeing so many loved ones!
Clint's sister, Candace and her son Carson.
Clint's sister Kristen, and Morgan.
Clint's Grandma Beth and Jackson.
My brother Marshall and his son Conner.
Candace, Jackson, and me.
Morgan ate lots of cookies that day! Mostly she picked out the chocolate chips.
Jackson was pooped.
Carson being silly.
My nephew Conner.
Carson and Morgan
Clint's twin cousins, Keaton and Kolton
Playing a game...not sure what it was :)
My neice, Makayla, getting ready to serve the ball.
A couple of my friends from Alabama who now live in Utah were able to make it. Me, Carter, Mindy, Melanie, and Amber.
Morgan fell in love with this cute little girl, Kendal. She is Clint's sister's husband's little sister. Did you follow that?
Jackson with "Big Papa" Paul. Paul is Clint's Grandpa on his dad's side. Jackson, Clint, and Clint's dad all have the middle name Paul. He is a very wonderful, caring, generous, loving man. We are so glad we had a son to name after him.
Good friends of Clint's family, the Harrison's.
Clint's Aunt Amber and her husband Scott.
Me with my friend Erin. (It got really windy and cold toward the end of the evening).
I guess Clint's sisters got bored, because Jackson ended up with hair clips in his hair. Poor kid.
A perfect sunset to wrap up a perfect day.
Morgan passed out from too much excitement.

Thanks to my in-laws for putting together such a wonderful BBQ for us. And thanks to everyone who came and to those who pitched in with the food. It was great to see you all!!!

I wish I had gotten more pictures, somehow I didn't end up with very many. I must have been busy visiting :)

Sat. Sept. 4, 2010~Reunited

On Saturday we left snowbird and went to Clint's parent's house in West Haven. Clint's sister brought over our dog, Nobi, and we were finally reunited!

Morgan was a little unsure about him. He's GIGANTIC!!! But she had fun chasing him around.
