Okay, here we go. Its 5:30 am, I've been up for 2 hours, can't sleep, so I'm blogging.
Memorial Day, May 25, 2009. Clint ran a 5k at Yongsan. Time 22:16
Morgan getting ready to destroy a beautiful flower.

On your mark...Clint is in there somewhere to the right...

We RARELY get to be outside, especially outside in the grass, so Morgan and I enjoyed our little Cherrio picnic very much...until that guy in the top right corner farted so loud that people in China heard the echo!

There was no entry fee, and Clint won a 10 dollar gift card in a raffle. Who knew you could get paid to run 3.2 miles?

After the race we went to breakfast (I REALLY wish I could have tasted that meal, darn cold). Then we spent the rest of the day doing laundry and packing.
"Ready to go mom!"

"Helping" me fold laundry

We got to Utah Tuesday afternoon and my parents had a BBQ for us. It was so great to see our family and Clint's family and my awesome, most amazing, wonderful friend Mindy who conspired with my mother to surprise me! Morgan was exhausted by the time everyone started leaving. She wouldn't sleep anywhere but my bed (which is a big no no to me, but goodness, the kid needed to sleep). About midnight I woke up to her bouncing on the bed on her knees talking and giggling to herself. I finally got her to go back to sleep, and a couple hours later she kicked me out. No joke, she kicked me in the stomach about a million times.

Wednesday morning
Every time Morgan sees this picture of Clint on the mantle she points and screams "daaaaaaaa". She loves her daddy!

Following grandpa around the yard. She was unsure at first, but it didn't take her long to warm up to the grass.

She went up and down the steps about a thousand times.
My mom has TONS of pictures on her camera from playing in the yard yesterday. So I'll get those posted ASAP. Morgan is experiencing so many new things. Especially the great outdoors and its so much fun to watch her explore. Its so nice to have a yard to play in and beautiful sunshine and fresh air. Wow, the things I've taken for granted my whole life!
