Only in Alabama will you find a rattlesnake rodeo. They had vendors and activities for the kids, bull riding and such, just like a normal rodeo, but the main event was the rattlesnake race. They put several snakes in the center of a circle drawn on the ground and the first snake out of the circle won. The owner got a prize of 50 dollars.
